The 'Charm School Graduate' achievement is gotten from maxing out the Charm stat.

Capers that Raise Charm and What to Do to Get It Edit

The Main Adventure

  • In the beginning of the game, Sadie will have dialogue choices that give +10 points to some base stats.
    • Choose:
      1. Making friends, forging bonds that'll last a lifetime. That sounds good and speechy.
        • Skill: +10 Charm
    • Choose:
      1. I'm good at talking my way out of expulsions, tap dancing, and kidnappings.
        • Skill: +10 Charm
  • After the prologue, Sadie will automatically get 10 points in Athletics, Charm, Knowledge, and Wits.
    • Skill: +10 Charm

What Can You Skip? Edit

There are at least 104 Charm points available, which means you can skip a few capers.

A few recommended capers to skip:

  • Capers in Turkey in general, since
  • 1931 Peru: The Main Adventure/The Albino Alligator Adventure
    • You have to do the Peru caper to unlock the Alligator caper, and the Alligator caper only gets you +1 Charm. This way, you can skip two capers for the price of one
  • Sterling's capers are always long and confusing; avoid as many of them as possible.

Bonus Challenge Edit

If you're really into punishing yourself (or just like a challenge) it is possible, though very difficult, to get both the Charm School Graduate and Canny (Wits) achievements in one playthrough, since

  • the binary choices to increase stats in the prologue allow +20 to both Wits and Charm (at the cost of starting with only 10 in Athletics and Knowledge);
  • the known available increases total either 104 Charm or 103 Wits;
  • there are only four (known) instances in the game where you must choose either Wits or Charm

So Sadie will have less leeway outside of increasing both attributes. Note that this should NOT be attempted on any difficulty other than Easy -- even if you like challenges! -- or it will end in tears.
