Doctor Van Helsing is a European man with a Transylvanian accent that chats with Evelyn on Valentine's Day. After having just watched Dracula, Anna and Sadie are worried that he may be a vampire. With the help of Phileas, they are able to distract Evelyn enough that Helsing leaves.
